There’s a clue there somewhere…
Despite or because of the significant Vitamin G intake last night I was early to rise and it was glorious smashing lovely to see clear blue skies. I was staying a stone’s throw from Croke Park and so felt inspired over bacon n egg butties by previous English great sporting and athletic achievements…
which probably explains why the skies then darkened and it was time to get the whaleskins on. Feeling alive alive-o I navigated the teeming streets of commuters (heads down, staring at screens), tourists (heads down, staring at screens), cyclists. (… oh you get the point) and finally hit open air and greenery
I hadn’t been expecting it to be so hilly …. although to be fair the guidebook did say Wicklow Mountains so there was a bit of a clue… certain experienced 3 Peakers will be rolling eyes and chortling into their foaming ale at my naïveté. Glad to say after the horrors of early morning city life there was nary a soul out on the high and wet bits; not great for picturesque pics though
the fleshpots of Enniskerry now await my patronage … but probably a good idea to shower first.
Stroll on ?♀️

Have a great walk – interested to see your VitG tally – take care not to OD – it can have some unwelcome side effects ? x
Side effects? We see no problems only opportunity ? x
Good luck and enjoy! X
Sounds like a good start – enjoy the experience 🙂
Cheers mate … many a slip ‘twixt cusp and dip ?
